By enrolling in a FILTR LLC subscription, you agree to the following Subscription Terms & Conditions.
Subscription Overview
FILTR subscriptions provide an annual supply of air filters shipped in a single delivery, along with replacement reminders via email and/or text message.
Billing & Renewal
- Subscription plans are billed annually
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date
- Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method on file
Shipping
- All subscription filters are shipped at once in a single annual delivery
- Free shipping is included with all subscription plans
Cancellations
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before renewal
- Once a subscription order has shipped, it is subject to the Return & Refund Policy
Subscription Changes
Customers may request changes to:
- Filter size
- Shipping address
- Contact information
Changes must be submitted before the next renewal or shipment.
Reminder Notifications
By enrolling, customers consent to receive:
- Email reminders
- Text message reminders (if a mobile number is provided)
Standard message and data rates may apply.

Modification of Subscription Terms
FILTR LLC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, terms, or features at any time. Changes will apply to future renewals.

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
