RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns of unused filters within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Filters must be unused and undamaged
  • Filters must be returned inside the original poly mailer (which may be retaped and resealed)
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, FILTR LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email
  • After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned product.

A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all successfully returned orders. This fee will be deducted from the total amount credited back to the customer’s original payment method.

Please allow standard processing time for the refund to appear on your account after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used filters
  • Filters returned after the 14-day return window
  • Filters not returned in the original poly mailer

Custom Order Policy

All custom-manufactured AC filters require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order. Custom products are made to your exact specifications and cannot be resold.

The remaining balance is due upon product completion and prior to shipment/delivery. Deposits are non-refundable once manufacturing has begun. 

If the remaining balance is not paid within 14 days of invoicing, the deposit will be forfeited and the order cancelled.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders may be canceled at any time prior to renewal.
Once a subscription order has shipped, it is subject to the same return and refund policy outlined above.
